There's a reason timber has been the material of choice for craftsmen for centuries. It's warm, it's characterful, and in the right hands it becomes something truly special. At Turner & Co Bespoke Joinery Ltd, those hands belong to a family run team based in Ipswich, Suffolk, and every door, window, kitchen and oak frame we produce is a reflection of that belief.

Who We Are

We began our journey as HS Carpentry & Joinery Ltd, quietly building a reputation for quality, honest craftsmanship and a personal approach to every project. As the business grew, our workshop expanded, our skills deepened and the scope of our work widened, and it felt right to step into a name that truly reflected who we had become. Turner & Co Bespoke Joinery Ltd was that next chapter. The name changed; the values didn't.

Today we work with homeowners, developers and heritage projects across Suffolk, Essex and Norfolk, with work regularly extending into Cambridgeshire and London. Our timber windows and doors are available nationwide, and for the right project we'll go wherever the work takes us.

What "From Forest to Finish" Really Means

Wherever possible, we source our own trees, working directly with local woodlands, farms and residents to hand select timber that's right for each individual job. We oversee the felling, the milling, the machining and the installation, all within our own fully equipped workshop. That level of control is rare, and it's exactly what allows us to stand behind the quality of everything we make.

We also take sustainability seriously. We believe in understanding the full life cycle of the timber we use, and we make responsible choices at every step, from which trees we select through to how every piece is finished and fitted.

What We Make

Our work spans the full range of bespoke timber joinery. We handcraft timber doors of every kind, from front doors and French doors through to bi fold and stable doors, each made to measure using premium ironmongery and a flawless spray finish. Our timber windows include casement, tilt and turn, heritage casement, box sash and spring sash designs, all fully bespoke and suited to everything from new builds through to listed buildings and conservation properties.

Beyond windows and doors, we design and build complete bespoke kitchens, fitted cabinetry, oak framed buildings, conservatories, garden rooms, timber porches, gazebos, pergolas and cart lodges. If it involves timber and craftsmanship, it's what we do.
